“Christiaan, a violinist and guitarist, often performs as a guest of the legendary Rosenberg Trio and alongside Stochelo Rosenberg in different groups. He has played all over the world at festivals and concerts with countless gypsy jazz artists among which are Mozes Rosenberg, Paulus Schafer, Joscho Stefan, Fapy Lafertin, Tchavolo Schmitt, Roby Lakatos, Gismo Graf, Tcha Limberger, Adrien Moignard, Gonzalo Bergara, Remi Harris, Gary Potter and many others.
Besides his activities as a performer he is an educator, teaching at the masters department of the Rotterdam University of the Arts where he co-designed the curriculum of the artistic research and teaches jazz subjects as well as research methodology.
